Most of our jewelry pieces are custom-made to order.
Processing and production time is up to 2-6 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is complete, you will receive tracking information.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the item has been shipped.
